Heskins H6903 PermaRoute Printed Floor Marking Tape for 5S Warehouse Line Marking
Heskins H6903 PermaRoute is a printed, laminated floor marking tape designed as a complete 5S floor marking system for factories, warehouses, assembly areas and logistics sites. The layered construction places the colour print beneath a clear protective laminate, giving a low-profile line (0.96 mm) that is applied straight from the roll with no curing time, so the area can be used immediately after application. Removal produces no fumes or solvents, which makes it suitable for food preparation and pharmaceutical areas, and the tape can be removed cleanly without snapping or fracturing when a layout changes.
PermaRoute is made bespoke to the customer's layout: straight lines, angles, joins, shapes and outlines are supplied in standard industry colours, and custom printed text, logos, arrows and instructions can be added. Corporate colours can be matched to any RAL, Pantone or NCS reference on request. The tape is applied to a clean, dry, grease-free surface (porous surfaces may need primer) and a line marking applicator is available for large areas.
