Heskins H6902 ESD Printed Floor Marking Tape - Electrostatic Discharge Zone Line Marking 50 mm x 30 m
Heskins H6902 ESD Printed Floor Marking Tape is a printed electrostatic discharge line marking tape used to identify and cordon off ESD-protected areas - electronics assembly lines, PCB handling areas, semiconductor cleanrooms and any factory or warehouse zone that must be kept free of static. The tape is built on the proven Heskins PermaRoute floor marking construction: a printed message layer with a protective upper laminate so the text stays legible under forklift and foot traffic, and a super-strong adhesive that keeps the tape in place.
The standard product is supplied in 50 mm x 30 m rolls with a total applied thickness of 0.89 mm (plus or minus 0.06 mm) and an R10 slip rating. Print colours are yellow, black and white. Heskins can custom print the message to suit the site, for example ESD ZONE: AUTHORISED STAFF ONLY or EARTHED WORKSTATION, and bespoke widths may be possible depending on the order quantity. The tape is applied to a clean, dry floor at 10 C or above after preparation with H3508 IPA Surface Cleaner.
Important: ESD printed tape is a marking and demarcation product that shows where the static-controlled area begins and what the rules are; the tape itself is not anti-static. Related Heskins line marking products are H6903 PermaRoute, H6906 PermaStripe Smooth and H6909 PermaTop.
