At West Velocity Company Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial solutions. We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your technical requirements. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring your industrial operations continue with minimal disruption.
Please note that due to the technical nature of our products (such as MarknStamp machines and Strovolt precision tools), items must be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet your specifications.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Industrial machinery and electronic components must not have been installed or powered on.
- Consumables (such as Carbide Burrs or Annular Cutters) are only eligible for return if they remain in their original sealed packaging.
- A restocking fee may apply to specialized equipment or large-scale marking stations.
- Proof of purchase and the original invoice are required for all returns.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or as store credit upon successful technical inspection.
