Heskins H6909 PermaTop Transparent Line Marking Protector Tape - 0.6 mm Floor Marking Overlay
Heskins H6909 PermaTop is a self-adhesive protective layer for floor line marking. Painted lines and thin floor marking tapes wear quickly under forklift wheels, pallet trucks and foot traffic; PermaTop is applied on top of the existing marking, protects it and keeps it fully visible through the clear film. It is inspired by the durable top laminate of Heskins PermaRoute H6903 and is offered as an alternative to floor varnish, with no drying time and no odour.
The tape is a tough, transparent plastic film 0.6 mm thick with a mild embossed texture on the upper surface. The texture gives an R10 slip rating, so PermaTop is also useful as a slip-resistant topper over smooth marking tapes. It is applied to a clean, dry surface at 10 C or above, using H3508 IPA Surface Cleaner for preparation and a roller for pressure.
PermaTop can be custom printed with safety messages - warnings, access instructions, zone names - so a protected line can also carry information. It is supplied in widths from 15 mm to 1260 mm and roll lengths up to 33 m.
