Heskins H6905 PermaLean Floor Marking Tape - 570 Micron Lean / 5S Line Marking Tape and Die-Cut Shapes
Heskins H6905 PermaLean is a durable, lean floor marking tape for marking lines, shapes, letters and numbers in lean manufacturing and 5S programmes, warehouses and workshops. It sits beneath PermaStripe (1300 micron) and PermaRoute (960 micron) in the Heskins range as the cost-effective option, with a tough upper surface and a one-year guarantee.
Plain colours are a solid coloured plastic film 500 micron thick. Hazard chevron colours are printed on a 250 micron base film under a 250 micron clear laminate, so the pattern resists scratching. Total applied thickness is about 0.62 mm and the surface is rated R10 by laboratory testing. PermaLean is self-adhesive: peel off the protection film, align and press down with a roller, after cleaning with H3508 IPA Surface Cleaner.
The 1260 mm master roll is cut to any width from 15 mm. Heskins also die-cuts PermaLean into stock shapes - corners, dots, arrows, walking figures, forklift symbols, footprints, joining pieces for 50, 75 and 100 mm rolls, plus numbers 0-9 and letters A-Z in 95, 180 and 300 mm heights. Custom printed messages such as QUALITY CHECK or PICK AREA are available.
