Heskins H5301 RollerGrip Dimpled Silicone Roller Protection Grip Tape for Web Rollers
Heskins H5301 RollerGrip is a specialist roller protection and grip tape for web-handling machinery. It wraps around idler, nip and guide rollers in printing presses, film and foil converting lines, textile finishing and paper machines, giving the roller a consistent dimpled silicone surface that grips the web in all directions without marking it. The consistent emboss and texture help maintain material alignment during printing and converting.
The tape is made from high-grade silicone coated onto a fine mesh cloth base, with a total applied thickness of 2.7 mm. Silicone gives high wear resistance and tolerance of high-temperature exposure in heated sections. The industry-leading, UV-stable adhesive holds firmly in service but allows the tape to be removed or repositioned when rollers are re-covered.
