Heskins H3412YUA Reflective & Glow in the Dark Anti-Slip Stair Tread Tile 150 x 610 mm
Heskins H3412YUA Reflective and Glow in the Dark Stripe is a pre-cut 150 mm x 610 mm anti-slip tile with two strips for low-light conditions. The reflective strip reflects torch, vehicle or emergency lighting to attract attention, while the glow in the dark strip charges from ambient light and continues to show the edge when visibility is very poor or the lights fail. Between the strips the black abrasive Safety-Grip surface gives cost-effective slip prevention.
The format is ideal for ledges and step edges: fixed on the leading edge of a stair tread it warns people of the step both night and day. Being a self-adhesive tread, it is applied in minutes with no drilling. Heskins recommends an application temperature of 10 C or above for the dual plates.
Custom printing is available, for example a STEEP INCLINE warning or navigation symbols pointing to emergency exits, so the tile can carry a site-specific message as well as marking the edge.
