STROVOLT Fiber Laser Cleaning Machine 100W-500W Rust Paint Oxide Removal — STV-LC Series
The STROVOLT STV-LC series cleans metal surfaces by pulsed laser ablation: short, high-peak-power pulses vaporise rust, paint, oil, oxide and coatings while leaving the base material untouched. There are no chemicals, no abrasive media, no dust containment and virtually no consumables — only a protective lens (roughly one month's life at 8 hours/day).
Four power classes share the same trolley platform: the air-cooled STV-LC100 (100 W), STV-LC200 (200 W) and STV-LC300 (300 W), and the water-cooled STV-LC500 (500 W) with 900 W peak power for production-line descaling. The 100 W and 200 W carry a 5 m delivery fiber; the 300 W and 500 W carry 8 m for a wider working radius.
The double-axis cleaning gun weighs just 2.9 kg and offers 8 scan patterns up to 100 mm wide. A 300 mm focal length with ±30 mm working-distance tolerance makes handheld cleaning forgiving and fast, and power is adjustable 10–100% from the touch screen, so one machine spans delicate mould cleaning to heavy descaling. Output instability is below 3%.
Applications include shipyard and structural steel de-rusting, paint and coating removal, weld seam preparation and cleanup, mould and die maintenance, and degreasing before coating, bonding or inspection. The machines are Class 4 laser devices; two pairs of safety goggles are supplied. Every unit is tested before dispatch and ships with a user manual and operator training, backed by a 24-month laser-source and 12-month whole-machine warranty.
