STROVOLT 100W Table Top Fiber Laser Marking Machine for Deep Metal Engraving
The STROVOLT STV-LM-007-100W is the high-power member of the STV-LM-007 table-top marking range. Its 100 W Q-switched ytterbium fiber source produces a 1064 nm beam with M² < 1.6, delivered through an imported F-theta field lens covering a 300 ×300 mm marking area — large enough for sizeable plates, panels and multi-part fixtures without repositioning.
At 100 W the machine removes material fast, making it suited to deep engraving, mould and die marking, heavy annealing and high-volume production marking. Marking runs at up to 5,000 mm/s with scanning speeds to 8,000 mm/s, driven by a high-speed digital galvanometer head and the latest EzCAD control board and software. A dual red-light pointer with pre-run preview shows the mark outline on the part before firing, and the included foot pedal switch leaves both hands free for loading.
The machine is air cooled — no chiller, no consumables and no routine maintenance — and is rated for continuous duty of 16 hours or more from a 220 V single-phase supply. A rotary device is available as an option for marking round bar, tube and rings.
Typical applications include mould and die identification, heavy automotive and machined parts, hand tools, valves and fittings, large nameplates and structural components. Every machine is tested and calibrated before dispatch, ships in export-standard wooden-box packing with a user manual, and is covered by a 12-month warranty on the laser source and the complete machine.
