STROVOLT 60W Adaptive Pulse Fiber Laser Marking Machine for Colour and Black Marking on Metal
The STROVOLT STV-LM-007M-60W is the Adaptive Pulse member of the STV-LM-007 table-top marking range. Its source decouples pulse width from pulse frequency, so both can be set independently: 2–500 ns pulse width and 1–4,000 kHz frequency. A conventional fiber laser has a fixed pulse width and cannot do this.
That control is what makes two processes possible. Black marking on anodised aluminium produces a deep, permanent black mark without breaking through or damaging the anodised layer — the finish demanded for enclosures, electronics and branded consumer parts. Colour marking on stainless steel uses precisely controlled heat input to grow a surface oxide layer, producing repeatable colours without any ink or coating.
Short pulses also mean lower heat input overall, which gives finer detail, less burring and cleaner results on thin sheet, plated parts and plastics than a standard fiber marker. Beam quality is M² < 1.3 through a 110 × 110 mm F-theta field lens, with marking at up to 5,000 mm/s and scanning to 8,000 mm/s.
The machine is air cooled — no chiller, no consumables and no routine maintenance — and accepts a 220 V or 110 V single-phase supply. Every machine is tested and calibrated before dispatch, ships in export-standard wooden-box packing with a user manual, and is covered by a 12-month warranty on the laser source and the complete machine.
