STROVOLT 30W Adaptive Pulse Handheld Portable Laser Marking Machine for Colour and Black Marking
The STROVOLT STROLS-M-35218 is the Adaptive Pulse member of the STROVOLT portable marking range: a complete 30 W fiber laser marking station weighing just 10 kg, with a handheld galvo head of only 1.25 kg. Instead of bringing the part to a bench machine, the head goes to the part — large fabrications, installed equipment and heavy components can be marked in place, on any alignment.
The Adaptive Pulse source decouples pulse width from frequency: 2–500 ns and 1–4,000 kHz, both adjustable. That control enables black marking on anodised aluminium without damaging the coating and colour marking on stainless steel through controlled surface oxide — alongside conventional engraving and annealing. Beam quality is M² < 1.5 with a minimum line width of 0.017 mm and 0.01 mm repeatability over a 150 × 150 mm field, at marking speeds of 12,000 mm/s and above.
Everything runs from the built-in touch screen — no external computer — with a multi-language interface including English and Arabic, reading BMP, DXF, PLT, JPEG and HPGL files directly. The machine is air cooled from a standard 220 V supply.
