Heskins Line Marking Applicator Floor Tape Applicator Trolley for PermaStripe and PermaRoute
The Heskins Line Marking Applicator speeds up installation of floor marking tape across large, clean, dry floors. Instead of laying tape by hand from a standard dispenser, the operator pushes the applicator along the line; the machine feeds the tape, strips the backing liner under controlled tension and presses the tape down with a large aluminium roller in one pass. It is supplied fully assembled with minimal set-up and set-up instructions are CNC-etched on the roll-holder side plate.
The applicator is designed for PermaStripe, which is reverse wound, as well as PermaRoute and PermaLean, using integrated dual systems. Quick-pin adjustments switch between 50 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm rolls, guide rollers with adjusters keep lines straight, and a wider wheelbase than the previous model improves stability. The user-friendly handle is shaped to reduce hand and shoulder fatigue over long runs. Heskins offers the applicator for purchase or hire.
