Heskins H3460 Marine Safety-Grip Salt-Resistant Anti-Slip Tape for Boats and Decks
Heskins H3460 Marine Safety-Grip was one of the first Heskins products developed specifically for the marine environment. It is designed for open-sea use on yachts, racing boats, workboats and commercial ships, and Heskins describes it as the first anti-slip tape to be 100% guaranteed salt resistant, provided it is applied correctly to a clean, dry surface.
Unlike the abrasive Safety-Grip tapes there is no aluminium oxide on the surface. The S2 grit is more like a small glass bead than a sharp-edged granule, so the tape is comfortable for bare feet and does not damage clothing or ropes, yet it is still more suitable than a non-abrasive tape for fast-paced, wet environments. The durable base layer resists water, UV and marine wear. It is also used in kitchens and tiled areas with strict cleaning standards. Rolls, die-cut shapes, custom colours and custom printing (including QR codes and application dates for replacement tracking) are available depending on order quantity.
