Heskins H3435 Ribbed Rubber Non-Abrasive Anti-Slip Tape - 1.7 mm Black
Heskins H3435 Ribbed Rubber Non-Abrasive Anti-Slip Tape closely resembles traditional ribbed rubber but is manufactured from a plastic composite rather than natural rubber. This allows Heskins to control quality precisely from batch to batch while keeping the rubber-like feel and grip. It is the second symmetrical non-abrasive product in the Heskins range, following the H3418 Non-Abrasive tape, and is intended for areas where an abrasive grit surface would be too harsh - places where hands, knees, bare feet or delicate items touch the surface.
The ribbed profile provides a high coefficient of friction and the raised ribs let liquids and debris drain away instead of pooling. The tape is 1.7 mm thick in total, thick enough to carry an extra adhesive coating for high adhesion on demanding substrates, and it can be used underwater where required. Beyond walkways and ramps, the drainage profile makes it a popular toolbox liner and anti-slip matting material.
H3435 is produced in roll widths from 19 mm to 1168 mm, standard roll lengths of 9.15 m or 18.3 m and custom lengths up to 100 m. Heskins can slit or die-cut the material to custom shapes with an accuracy of 0.1 mm using thousands of existing cutting tools.
