Heskins H3420 No-Stretch Safety-Grip Anti-Slip Tape for Die-Cut Parts
Heskins H3420 No-Stretch SafetyGrip is a 60-grit abrasive anti-slip tape manufactured on a special inelastic plastic base with zero stretch tolerance. Heskins die-cuts anti-slip shapes to an accuracy of 0.1 mm, but in practice a large sheet of conventional tape can be stretched by the person applying it, so the finished piece no longer matches the drawing. H3420 was developed for exactly this problem: the tape keeps its size even when applied with force, so die-cut parts, step treads and large panels fit first time without trimming, waste or revisions.
The anti-slip performance is the same as Heskins' Standard SafetyGrip H3401: a 60-grit mineral surface bonded to a 0.1 mm PVC base film with a self-adhesive backing, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The tape is easy to fit and is designed to prevent slips and falls on floors, steps and machinery. It is used most often on machined parts and factory-applied components, and can be custom printed with equipment zones, visual boundaries or messages such as ACCESS PANEL or DO NOT COVER.
H3420 is produced primarily in black; other colours can be considered on request. Made in the UK by Heskins.
