Heskins H3403N Glow Line Photoluminescent Anti-Slip Tape 50mm
Heskins H3403N Glow Line is a two-in-one floor safety tape: a photoluminescent (glow in the dark) line marking tape with the proven abrasive Safety-Grip anti-slip surface. It is designed for sites that need a durable slip-resistant walkway marking during normal operation and a visible guide line when the lights go out.
The 50 mm tape is built from a 10 mm photoluminescent centre strip, based on the Heskins Egress glow tape, with 20 mm of black H3401 Standard Safety-Grip on either side. The black mineral-coated edges provide the coefficient of friction of Standard Safety-Grip, which Heskins states exceeds current and upcoming slip regulations. The centre strip absorbs ambient light and releases it as an afterglow in darkness, showing the route along walkways, ramps, loading bays and stair edges during a power outage or in reduced light.
Because only the centre of the tape is photoluminescent, Glow Line is more economical than a full-width glow tape, and the black surface hides dirt and scuff marks better than a pale green glow product. The tape is flexible enough for uneven or slightly curved surfaces and gives a clear edge definition with minimal trip risk. Arrows, directional text, zone identifiers and safety symbols such as CABLE RUN, FIRE POINT or EVACUATION can be custom printed on request.
