Heskins H3402 Coarse Safety-Grip Anti-Slip Tape (36 grit aluminium oxide)
Heskins H3402 Coarse Safety-Grip is the heavy-duty version of the Heskins Safety-Grip anti-slip tape range. It uses a 36 grit aluminium oxide mineral in place of the 60 grit used on the standard tape, giving larger granules, deeper valleys and higher peaks. This coarser profile stops the surface clogging with dirt, dust, mud and ice and gives excellent durability, which is why it is the preferred grade for construction sites, plant rooms and outdoor industrial areas that are constantly exposed to dirt or water.
The tape is built on a resilient PVC backing with a high-performance acrylic adhesive for clean, dry, sound surfaces such as concrete, metal, chequer plate and sealed floors. It is BS 7976-2 pendulum tested and R13 rated (DIN 51130). Custom colours, die-cut shapes and custom printing (symbols, arrows, warnings) are available depending on quantity.
