Wolfram Industrie WLa15 GOLDSTAR Lanthanated Tungsten Electrode 3.2 x 175 mm (Gold, pack of 10)
WLa15 GOLDSTAR is Wolfram's 1.5% lanthanated Premium Line electrode. The WLa alloy type offers, besides WTh, the widest range of applications - TIG, orbital, plasma and resistance welding - and is the preferred WTh20 replacement in Europe. In Wolfram's SLV Duisburg-referenced test (5 min continuous welding then 10 ignitions per cycle) WLa15 showed 72 mg burn-off vs 106 mg for WTh20.
Wolfram Industrie Premium Line electrodes are 100% precision manufactured in Germany from the highest-purity base material with a homogeneous structure and evenly distributed oxides. Each electrode is colour-coded, professionally cleaned and ready for immediate use, packed in a sturdy hard case with individual electrode compartments and a product label. Manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001.
