Wolfram Industrie ORBISTAR PRO WCe20 Pre-Ground Orbital Welding Electrodes (cut to weld-head length, pack of 10)
ORBISTAR PRO electrodes are manufactured by Wolfram and finished on a fully automated grinding station for consistent tip quality and geometry, giving precisely reproducible results in automated and manual welding. For every welding head there is a suitable electrode with precise cut length and exact tip grind. Wolfram states ready-to-weld electrodes last 3 to 5 times longer than manually ground electrodes and save preparation, changeover and regrinding time.
Residue-free laser engraving removes the weld contamination risk of classic colour coding. ORBISTAR PRO is supplied in sturdy plastic boxes with a retrieval tool for contamination-free insertion into the weld head. Custom designs (other alloys, bent and angled orbital electrodes for narrow-gap and inner pipe welding) are available to customer specification.
