Wolfram Industrie ALUSTAR PRO Tungsten Electrode for Aluminium 2.4 x 70 mm (laser engraved, pack of 10)
ALUSTAR TFT (Thermal Formed Tip) and ALUSTAR PRO are Wolfram's improved ALUSTAR series for demanding and safety-critical aluminium welding where productivity and weld quality matter equally. The conically ground tip gives the welder a solid starting point for fast preparation of the hemispheric tip; once formed it delivers consistent, predictable performance with a stable arc. Laser engraving instead of paint avoids contamination of the collet and weld seam, keeps the nominal diameter and gives permanent traceability.
Other lengths are available on request; the ALUSTAR alloy is also supplied as the colour-coded Premium Line electrode in 150 and 175 mm.
