The STROVOLT Corner-Radius End Mill range (EM-CR55 series) offers solid tungsten-carbide corner-radius end mill with a TiSiN coating for extra hardness and heat resistance, precision 5-axis CNC-ground for roughing and semi-finishing with an edge-strengthening corner radius. Sizes span Ø1–Ø12 mm across 20 options, up to HRC≤55, each rigid and running true for accurate cuts and long tool life. Each tool has 2/4-flute geometry with polished chip flutes for smooth, low-chatter cutting. Suitable for a wide range of materials including carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, copper and non-ferrous alloys, on machining centres, CNC mills and CNC routers.
