The STROVOLT Carbide Countersink (Hard Cutting) (C30-NQH series) is a 90° 2-flute countersink engineered for fast, chatter-free chamfering, deburring and countersunk-screw seating.
The cutting edges and large chip flutes clear material smoothly and resist chatter, while the Q-type cylindrical shank holds securely without spinning. Made from Solid carbide – special geometry for hard materials for high wear resistance and long edge life.
The solid-carbide body and special-groove geometry make it ideal for hard and abrasive materials including hardened steel, cast iron and HARDOX.
Suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper/tin and plastics. Range: Ø10.4 – Ø31 mm, head angle 90°. Manufactured for STROVOLT.
