The STROVOLT Powdered-Steel Countersink (C12-NSC series) is a 90° 3-flute countersink engineered for fast, chatter-free chamfering, deburring and countersunk-screw seating. Ground to the DIN 335 C standard.
The cutting edges and large chip flutes clear material smoothly and resist chatter, while the S-type triangle (3-flat) shank holds securely without spinning. Made from HSS-PM (powder high-speed steel) for high wear resistance and long edge life.
Suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper/tin and plastics. Range: Ø6.3 – Ø31 mm, head angle 90°. Manufactured for STROVOLT.
