The MEGA.DSS+ is the heavy-load member of the DSS family, built on GRADUP technology for rotations under load.
Key features
- Metric and UNC threads: M 64 to M 100 - WLL from 30 t to 70 t
- UNC 2’’3/4 to UNC 4″ - WLL from 66,000 lbs to 154,000 lbs
- Safety factor 4:1 and 5:1
- Swiveling under load
- 360° rotation - 180° swivel
- Complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Manufactured in compliance with the EN 1677-1 norm
- Individual traceability number
- GRADUP optimised raw material: up to 11 % higher WLL (23 % in safety factor 4)
- Anti-corrosion coating: unpainted parts resist 600 hours of salt-mist spray
- Tightening torque, CE marking and WLL engraved on every ring
- Designed for use from -20 °C to +200 °C
