The STROVOLT MDTP-4510 Pneumatic Stamping Tool is a professional-grade dial-type marking tool engineered for high-speed, permanent character marking on metal workpieces. Its rotary dial mechanism carries a 12-character alphanumeric set, enabling fast, accurate marking of serial numbers, part codes and traceability identifiers without tool disassembly.
Characters up to 10 mm (3/8") tall are struck by an air-driven mechanism that delivers consistent impact force independent of battery charge or voltage fluctuation. A rear exhaust vent keeps debris away from the work surface and operator, while the balanced pistol-grip body reduces fatigue during extended marking sessions.
The MDTP-4510 stamps cleanly on steel, aluminium, brass and comparable metallic substrates, making it suited to part & serial number marking, manufacturing traceability, automotive & aerospace component identification, tool & die marking, metal fabrication and MRO re-marking. Runs on a 90 PSI air supply (6 CFM), weighs 2.2 kg, and uses a 1/4 in. NPT air inlet with a recommended 3/8 in. air hose. Backed by a 12-month warranty.
