STROVOLT CNC Stainless Steel Channel Letter Bending Machine for Industrial Signage

STROVOLT's CNC channel letter bending machine is designed for the automated production of illuminated letters, logos and outdoor signage from stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized sheet materials. The machine features a computer control system with Windows XP interface for easy DXF file input from design software like CorelDRAW and ArtCAM.

The integrated system includes automatic feeding, flattening, edge tooth cutting, RBI marking and cutting components. It can precisely cut different angles based on the programmed tooth pattern and automatically cut off each stroke. The RBI function indicates the location and direction for bending.

With automatic inside/outside frame length calculation and interrupted lap changing, the STROVOLT bending machine streamlines the complete production of channel letter shells. It is compatible with various DXF file versions and can handle material widths from 60-180mm and thicknesses from 0.4-1.2mm.
