BCH SMH800 DC Electromagnetic Shunt Shoe Brake (800 mm, 12135 Nm)
BCH SMH800 DC electromagnetic shunt shoe brake for a 800 mm brake wheel, torque rating 12135 Nm (8950 lbf ft) on continuous duty. BCH SM shunt type DC electromagnetic shoe brake conforming to AISE and NEMA standards, designed for heavy industrial and mill duty applications with 400, 600 and 800 range mill motors and other equipment where smooth, rapid and dependable stopping is required, including holding the load of hoists and elevators. Shunt coils are separately energised from a DC source, or from an AC source through a resistance & rectifier panel.
