BCH SME200H2 DC Electromagnetic Series Shoe Brake (200 mm, 44 A)
BCH SME200H2 DC electromagnetic series shoe brake for a 8" / 200 mm brake wheel and motor frames 403, 602, 802B: 136 Nm with 44 A max. FLC on 1/2 hour (crane) duty, 88 Nm with 31 A on 1 hour (mill) duty. BCH SM series type DC electromagnetic shoe brake conforming to AISE and NEMA standards. Series brakes have their coils in the armature circuit of a DC motor and are rated in amperes for 1/2 hour (crane duty) or 1 hour (mill duty) corresponding to the rating of DC series motors. Electrically released and spring set, so the brake sets in the event of power failure.
