BCH CCD.30.11 Capacitor Duty Contactor (30 kVAR at 415V)
BCH CCD.30.11 capacitor duty contactor for switching a 30 kVAR capacitor bank at 380/400V and 415V (20 kVAR at 230/240V), 3-pole, conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 (AC-6b). To limit capacitor inrush current, it is fitted with a block of three early-make auxiliary contacts in series with six damping resistors (two per phase); after damping, the main contacts close and the auxiliary contacts are disconnected through a de-latching mechanism. 240 operations per hour and 100000 operations electrical endurance at 415V; 1NO+1NC auxiliary contacts as standard.
